Review content:
It's interesting Best Buy has risen to the top of 2002's Best Music Store catagory. It's because they've usually got a huge selection of CDs on hand (even some more obscure stuff) at very competative prices. The selection of electronics is equally impressive. Finding a sales person is always a challenge and don't expect any help once you walk out their door. I've had numerous ""customer service"" issues with various Best Buy stores - everything from being on hold for 56 minutes (I was determined to get an answer - I was transferred 24 times! Yes, I counted!), to outragous repair costs on two different brand new CD players (the 2nd was 2 days old and the sliding door jammed with a disc inside - they didn't want to exchange the unit, then they demanded a fee to retrieve my CD). I'll take Circuit City any day.
Pros: Low Prices, Product Variety, CD Selection
Cons: Aweful Customer Serv.
