Review content:
When my Knabe Grand was moved into their shop, I was anxious. This was my ""baby"" I was hoping I was making the correct decision. They walked me through the process so patiently. They accompanied me on a detailed tour of their shop. All of the staff was so friendly and courteous. They answered my numerous questions and many phone calls; they calmed my fears and listened to my input. They always welcomed me into the shop during the entire process. It was so interesting to see my piano ""transform"". They gave me accurate and sound advice, not based on what was best for them, but what was best for me and my piano.
Pros: Customer service, Quality craftsmanship, Competitave rates, tons of pianos in their showroom
Cons: Not open on Sundays!
