Review content:
Not impressed at all. We made two appointments only a few days apart from each other and the appraiser completely forgot about BOTH of them. Wasted our time while he was clearly sitting in his recliner at home taking a nap when we called to see where he was. He never even wrote down our address and had to ask for it when we called him after missing the second appointment.
