I am out 400$ and a chair and ottomen. They sold me a fabric they didnt have enough to cover, didnt contact me for a month, after persistant calling I was told It would be ready about 6 different times, which would come and go. Again after 8 weeks and persistant calling BOB expained that I would need to pick a new pattern, when I declined and told him I wanted my money back he replied with, ""I will see you in court""
