Found co. name in local flyer, they came to pick up chairs with a $300.00 minimum, and told me 3 weeks. After 5 wks I started to call co. they had many reasons the chairs weren't finished but never called to update me. It took almost 3 months to get my chairs back, after several calls, I even waited around my house a couple of times because they said they were coming over. The owner Robert and I had a few words after notifiying him of my unhappiness and I was demanding my chairs. The owner was rude, and yelling at ME on the phone saying that ""he wouldn't waste $50.00 in gas to come out this way just for me, he told me I was getting a deal on my chairs for what he did, he told me he didn't call me to let me know the days he wasn't coming because he didn't want a confertation. I had never been rude to him or anyother employees, he apparently has had problems with his service in the past. I told him ""you should not be yelling at me when I am the unhappy customer"", I called his co. ""unprofessional"", and then he really started yelling at me. I demanded my chairs the following week, he did show up, and stated ""I made a special delivery"", he told my husband ""If we do not have business on this side of town, we don't come out"". The way I see it , I was his business and he shouldn't advertise in other communities if he can't deliver the service promised. He was lucky that he showed that day, Ruth to the Rescue was interested in my story (buyer beware). There is also another woman from my work (I found out), who is still waiting for two pillows and some trim for her couch, she has waited more than three months, I am going to contact her to see if she want's to contact channel 4. This guy needs to be put out of business, hopefully word gets around, it was a HORRIBLE experience!!!!!!!!!
