Businiess name:  Gest Omelettes Restaurant

Review content:
the wait on a weekend can be long, maybe because all food is cooked to order, but when it comes to breakfasts it's hard to come up with a better place. The omelettes are generously filled with veggies, meats topped with your choice of sauces (which I order on the side). Also, an unexpected delicious bonus is the shredded lettuce inside the omelette. It doesn't sound like it would be so good...but it is! Also, order a side of ham or bacon and you will get a thick slice--really good. Pros: food, friendly Cons: lack of atmosphere, long wait
