One would think that if they were sick and in need of medical attention (and not necisarily emergency room service is needed) that a company that deals with helping people would be willing to help out. This is not the case with this organization. I called them up to find out when they would close. They said at a quarter of seven. Now granted when it is a Friday and everyone wants to go home then if you show up at like 7 or later then they may not be able to help you out. But when the secretary gets into an argument about semantics and 120 seconds (thats two minutes), just because a person couldn't find the building then they would be willing to help out. This is not the case with this health service group. I am going to make sure that I do the oposite of recomending this organization to anyone that is in need of medical attention. I will go as far as finding a witch doctor in the Andes to help someones ailment, but never go to Urgent Care in Walnut Creek, CA. Pros: nothing Cons: i wasted gas to not get help
