Be careful. I went there due to a recommendation and I regret it. First I went and had brake work done. They did a great job, however, when I went to a different mechanic to get new tires put on, they couldn't get my one tire off. They said whoever (Trio Tire) put my tire back on did not put the lug nuts all the way back on. One post was stripped and had to be broken off. I confronted Trio Tire and they blamed the place that put my new tires on. Fine. I got screwed and no one would fess up. I decided to go back to Trio as it was most convenient. Had the lug nut replaced. They never called me like they said to tell me if any other work needed to be done and if the car was ready. They did extra work without my permission and I ended up with a $76 bill. On top of that, as I was driving home, my hood was bouncing up and down. I had to pull over on a highway to close my hood. When I called Trio Tire, I questioned them as to why they would need to be under my hood if they were just replacing posts and lug nuts. After several ""hold ons"" I of course got the answer, ""Well it may have been an accident"". Well now there is something wrong with my car locks. BEWARE!!!! Wish I would have seen the other review before mine!!! Now I have to go schedule an appointment somewhere else and pray I don't get ripped off once again.
