This is a great hospital. The staff is so very helpful and generous with their time, like they really care. My dog was handled with care and Dr. Kay is fabulous. She took time to explain everything and called personally to check up on us. It's hard to find a good vet and I'm really happy to have found Portola.
Pros: The location is right off 68, parking is ample, service is excellent. Dr. Kay is attentive and experienced with any ailments.This IS the place.
