The optician was fine, the glasses were fine, but how that front office guy, Tom, hasn't destroyed this business yet I'll never know. I called two weeks ago to report the glasses I'd purchased last year were lost. And based on last year's dealings with this guy I should have known not to bother anyway, but to just go straight to another optician's service, which I've done. As with earler, this guy seldom answers the phone, seldom returns your calls, and forget about a recorder on which to leave a message, as it is non existent. And their hours are so wacky that you can never know when to just drop by personally. The hours listed on their sign are never adhered to. When I was able to miraculously get through, I was told that my prescription had been lost but that the doc probably had a record on his laptop and I'd get a call back letting me know. Of course, no call back, and my calls to them for the last two weeks have been met with a phone ringing off the hook. Is this guy the doc's brother, perhaps, or some other kind of family member who the doc can't get rid of? If you want a long exercise in frustration, then deal with this business, but I wouldn't recommend it !!!
