I hate getting my car repaired. I go in with one thing and get told I need 20 other things fixed. Try getting a ""free"" brake inspection sometime, and some places will hold your car hostage even if you say you don't want the brakes.
Firestone in Milford does not do this. They'll tell you what's wrong and let you decide if they will fix it. The prices are excellent and fair. The managers are the nicest people i've ever met in this business.
Put simply, it's the only place I go to get my car worked on...period.
Pros: great service, Fair prices, Nice people
