Absolutely terrible service. I called and explained our fridge was running constantly and not cooling. I brought the fridge in and was told to pay the 31.50 diagnostic fee up front. They had the fridge for 2 days. When I was told I had to pay for the repairs before the work was done, I thought it was strange, they still had my fridge as collateral and what was the risk? I was told they do not take cards or checks because "people on this side of town often have repairs done and never pay." I went to work late so I could go get cash and pay for the repairs to begin. When I picked up the fridge (they called and said it was ready) ice was frozen in the fridge and thermometer said 20 degrees. Got it home...doesn't work. Paid $50 today to have them come to my home and fix it...GUESS WHAT??? They need another $65 to try something they may or may not work. Did not pay...not fixed...out $200. NEVER GO TO DARYL'S APPLIANCE!!!! TOTAL SCAM!!!!
