I agree with the previous reviewer. We built a home with these guys a few years back and we had a terrible experience with them as well. The workmanship was terrible, upgrades were expensive, and customer service was bad. A few of my neighbors had major defects with their home foundations, and we were just fortunate that we could sell our house without any hassle from the new buyers. We would definitely not repeat our original mistake of building with this home builder. I think one could do better by hiring a real custom home builder...at a fraction of the cost.
