Dr. Ford is absolutely the most down to earth, realistic and best vets I have ever encountered. I live in Three Rivers and drive 2 hours each way to see him. Most recently, my weanling was displaying signs of a club foot. He diagnosed it, and did surgery on him immediately. He put a cast type of bandage on that stayed for the entire two weeks it was supposed to. I did not have to dress and wash it every day, and give daily shots of PCN. In two weeks, Dr. Ford removed the bandage, the wound was perfectly healed and dry. The foot is really breaking nicely now after two months post surgery, and I believe he will heal as though there was never a problem.
