i recently went to finishing touch and the woman that did my eyebrows burned me three times. once on each eyelid. When i called to complain the girl called me back and tried to excuse the situation which to me i was just looking for an apology. I had to hang up the phone finally because she just kept arguing with me. I am very disappointed because i got the reference from someone who has had no trouble when she has gone in the past.
