Review content:
Company came highly recommended, unfortunately the truth was no where near the reputation. First do not let them set your schedule, if your cleaning to sell your house window cleaning should come as one of the last items. Second get IN WRITING exactly what will be done, windows inside & out, screens, sills and to what standard. Have one window cleaned and inspected before continuing the job. This gives you a standard to compare to the rest of the job. Third if a return visit is to be included, pro rate payment so when you have to finish the incomplete job you have not wasted all your money. Last ask the company to notify you before the crew comes into your yard after the job was completed to look for lost equipment. I looked up to find a stranger in my fenced backyard, when questioned he stated he was looking for forgotten or lost equipment, he did not come to the front door and ask, he just let himself in thru the gate, and had an entitled attitude.
