We usually take our dog to the Petsmart on Sawmill Rd and he comes home trotting around to show off his shiny coat and trimmed nails. We took him to the Polaris location due to it working with our schedule the other day....and it was a HUGE mistake! We asked for a bath and nail trim (this with a 15 min brush, ear cleaning, and more is $37.99 at Sawmill Rd)...they charged us $47.99 and added alot of other stuff we didn't ask for to our bill, when we pointed it out they said they wouldn't remove the added on charges. We took our dog home and looked him over....he didn't smell any cleaner, was still flaky (we always get the oatmeal shampoo to correct this), his nails weren't trimmed, he drank 3 bowls of water (I'm guessing they didn't water him in the HOURS they had him!), and he curled up into a ball and didn't act like himself. So on top of overcharging us, they didn't even do the services, and they mistreated my dog!!!! I called a manager and she basically told me I was crap out of luck...offered me to bring my dog back and redo the shampoo!? I will be disputing the whole charge with Chase once it posts! No matter how much out of your way the Sawmill Rd location is.....it's worth taking the time and travel there, do not EVER take your animal to the Polaris location!!
