We wish our experiences had been better because this is a quick and convenient way to have an Indian meal. It definitely has a 'fast food' vibe...they assume that you know (even though you say it's your first visit) you're supposed to get your own drinks, napkins, and utensils in the back of the restaurant (except for the chai, which sits in a thermos...the person who takes your order pours it into a plastic cup and zaps it in a microwave until it is soooo hot that it will curdle 3 times before you can take your first sip). We found the food to be rather inconsistent...really good chicken tikka masala but below average samosas, nice chole masala but the worst chai we've ever had every time we tried it, etc.. However, that normally wouldn't prevent us from eating there again. Unfortunately, the deciding factor that tilted our decision not to return was a particular employee (young girl with black rimmed glasses) whose attitude clearly communicated (every time we ate there) that she would prefer to be doing her homework at the back table rather than serve her customers in a courteous, communicative and focused manner. We're always friendly, but after dealing with her, we realized that being friendly was a waste of time. We just couldn't see her sour face again... Pros: Chicken Tikka Masala, Brown Rice Cons: Attitude of an Employee, Terrible Chai,
