Lifestyle Family style is good gym, they have a lot of equipment, and staff is nice as long as you are member.
But I had horrible experience trying to cancel my membership. First of all I went in as Free 7 days trial membership, but guy who helped me was talking about how it will be pretty much the same experience if I sign up for membership with 30 day guarantee. I told him more than couple times that I do not live here and I can't come to the gym too ofeten. He kept pushing me so I said Okay I can try. so I came back to the house, and looked over my agreement. it said for me to get my money back, I have to go to the gym 1 a week for the first month. Well Like I said, I CAN NOT do that so I called the gym and talked to the guy who sold me the membership. He told me that he can not cancel so that his manager would call me asap because he can do that for me. I knew he would be busy so I waited, so Week later manager calls me and asked me how my experince with gym is going. That guy didn't even tell him I have called.
It gets worse, he can't cancel it either so now I had to call membership services. SO the ladies told me I can't get any of my money back because of my agreement, and she told me if I have called within 3 days, I could have got my money back. SO because of this guys fault, I paid 75 dollars or more for nothing. I emailed customer service to complain. Nobody emailed e back or call me. SO pretty much my email was ignored. now I cancel it and got billed 3 times So I called again and now they tell me that my account is still active. SERIOUSLY?
SO not only I paid more than 100 dollars to LFF for nothing, but now I have to pay more to get it canceled and they can't do anything to fix it.
Really, if you are looking for new gym, DO NOT use this gym. There are many other gerat gym near Matthews. That have same kind of equipment, and cheaper. Don't waste your money to this gym.
