Review content:
Broadway Village is a nice apartment complex if you're on a budget. The worst thing that's happened to me is getting my doormat stolen. Every time I talk to the apartment manager about something that goes out, etc, it's fixed the same day. I haven't really had any problems with my neighbors at all, and people aren't really friendly but they aren't bad people, either. There is a pool that is usually full, but I'm not too worried about that. There aren't a lot of extras at this place, though there is a very small exercise room and an old-fashioned sauna. The laundry facilities are decent and easy to get to, and there is enough storage for all of my holiday junk. I know a lot of people in the area who are paying a lot more than what I'm paying for bad neighborhoods and bad maintenance staff, and this apartment complex does seem better than some local ones that are $600+ for a one bedroom.
Pros: Low cost, good neighbors, good amenties
Cons: Somewhat rundown
