Where do I begin? I decided to hire Fox Moving for my recent move. They told me that the rate was $79 an hour and there was a 2 hour minimum. I had asked ahead of time for a specific material to be brought so that my antique dining set could be wrapped before being placed on the truck. They didn't have it when they came. So then I had to wait an hour and a half for them to get some - an hour and a half! Ridiculous. When the movers began to move my things out, I caught one of them smoking around my sofas and mattress. This is unprofessional and disgusting. I had to ask him not to (which I shouldn't have had to do). When it came time for the bill to paid, one of the movers, all sweaty and gross, made himself comfortable on my sofa while he wrote out the bill. They charged me for the time I had to wait (while they sat around and smoked by my belongings). The owner was rude when I had to deal with him on the phone. You get what you pay for. If you need to hire someone for a move, don't go with Fox Movers.
