I recently used Fox moving company and was very disapointed with the charges. When it came time for me to move, after reading the reviews, I initially went with Zoom moving company because they came highly recommended with great reviews and score of A from the BBB. Well the people from Fox Moving and Storage kept my number and kept hounding me about giving them my business. They were telling me their prices are better, that they only charge a flat fee of $79 dollars an hour and assure me that there where no other hidden fees. They also told me that I will get 3 free wardrobe boxes. Well by the time the guys finished the job, there were service charges added, charges for use of equipment, and they did not bring any boxes.
