I have been a patient for a looong time! Spamedica actually changed the name to Finesse Laser Center awhile ago. I've done all sorts of laser treatments and injectables and have always loved the service I get here. The staff is great - they treat you like a family member or friend and the place looks like it should be on Newbury Street, yet it has better parking and is in Waltham! I'm finally writing now after so many treatments though because I just had the laser liposuction and am thrilled with my results! My stomach looks so good! They gave me free Velashape treatments which I understand helps my skin be tighter and smoother after the lipo and it felt really good too. I will continue to go to Finesse for any of my skin and aging concerns and now I'm going to go back to lipo my thighs soon too!
Pros: Great staff, clean environment, wide-variety services
