I live near Mueller and bought this Groupon earlier in the year. I've never been able to stick to a gym membership but this is such a different experience. Mueller is a beautiful park and the other people in the class are nice. The instructors really challenge you while still being understanding if you need to slow down or sit one out. I noticed a difference in my energy level and body appearance pretty quickly. Brian and Courtney have always been really sweet and helpful to their clientele. I have brought friends to the class and I feel like they take good care of everyone. I love this class!
