I attend the 5:30 class....Boot Camp Under The Stars....it's very convenient. I get a good workout in, home in time to get kids to school then off to work. I have been going since January and can definitely see a change in my body. Courtney works with everyone's fitness level. You work at your own pace. She is very encouraging and challenges you in a kind manner. I am not athletic whatsoever but can perform the exercises. Each class is something new and keeps me interested.
