Review content:
I have been attending Rockbody Boot Camp for about 5 months. I consider myself to be someone who has always tried to be healthy and fit...but I've never quite gotten there for any length of time. I didn't like motivating myself at the gym, and it was too easy to find an excuse to not go. I'd go for a few weeks, and then talk myself out of it one day and not go back for months. Attending boot camp has been great because all I have to show up! I don't have to plan what I'm doing, or pay attention to the time, or count reps. It's just so easy. Courtney is a wonderful trainer; she always has new and interesting exercises for us to do. Each class has a range of activities, too. The variety is my favorite part of Rockbody Boot Camp.
My husband attends with me. At first he was concerned the workouts wouldn't be challenging enough, since he was used to barbells and machines with lots of weight in the gym. The trainers have helped him find new ways to challenge himself and he leaves Boot Camp just as happy with the workout as I do!
In short, Rockbody Boot Camp is great no matter if you are a seasoned exerciser or someone who loathes the idea of working out. It's fun, a great value, and totally worth it. See you there!
