I think the offices are very nice and there is not a long wait period. I also think Dr. Patel takes his time with his patients. BUT I don't think he has his patients interests at heart. I am disappointed he told me after the botox I would be completely line free. He also didn't do such a great job on the restalyn and when I went back to him two weeks later (because it deflated on one side) he wasn't willing to fix it at no charge. I had an appt for a chemical peel scheduled the following week and told me to still come in and AFTER it was done... we would talk some more. No thank you. I was planning to go to him for a lot of services too. :(
