My name is Peter, and several weeks ago, your company installed a new paving stone driveway at my house. I tried to call you, and we played phone-tag for a while. Now I'll just send you an e-mail. I just wanted to tell you how completely satisfied I am with the work. From the design, planning, and bidding phase with Mike through the scheduling with Trish, who moved up our job, to the execution of the work by your crew, your company performed efficiently and responsively. I now have a beautiful driveway which should last a good, long time. In fact, when the driveway was just finished, my mailman yelled to me from his passing truck, ""YOUR DRIVEWAY LOOKS GREAT!!!"" And it does.
