Advantage has the best customer service I?ve received from a Healthcare agency. I?d tried several other home health companies and I?ve had my share of bad experiences, but I finally stumbled upon Advantage and their services have been the best. I?ve had many questions and always received short answers from many nurses, but their caregivers take the time to explain and comfort me when I am worried. What I love about their services is they give me more than just caregivers. There are times I need somebody to run errands with my mom and they have somebody for these type of services too. I truly have enjoyed Advantage as my mom?s caregiver.
