Review content:
We called them out becsue our AC was not working. The guy got to my house and looked at the unit for less than 5 minutes and then tells us the unit is gone and we need a new one. He then gave us a price of almost $10,000 for new unit, our house is very small so not like we need a very large one. Once we told him we can not afford that he started in on their financing, we then told them there is no way we still can not afford it. After finally listening he began to ask how much do we have to pay, once we told him only $500 he just ended up leaving. We called Tex air and the guy came out and fixed our AC unit that we already have for only $175 and it works great. Big difference in price and we didn't have to buy a new AC unit. Cowboys is a rip off, yea our unit might be old but that didn't mean to rip us off. Will not call again, we also were told by several other companies that $10,000 is also WAY to much for a new unit. Beware and be prepared to over pay.
