Review content:
I will try to be as objective as possible. First, the girls at the front office are great. The rest was a nightmare. This OVERPRICED, noisy, low quality corporate complex was a horrible experience.
The water pressure is terrible and you are lucky if you cant get cold water for cooking or washing clothes in the summer. I feel like my neighbor lives in the same unit as I do because I hear him use the bathroom, watch tv, and talk on the phone day and night. Do not be fooled by their advertising upscale urban lofts, they are more like cheaply made cubicles for $1500 a month. There is dog poo all over the place. The parking situation is awful, they only allow one space per unit so I have to get home early for a parking space and forget about having guests over who need parking during the weekend. The a/c units seem to have two settings, always on or always off. My monthly electricity bill was around $200 for a 900 sq/ft apt.
I recommend renting a house or Really nice condo for the same amount of money without having to live in this mess. I would not live here if I was still in college.
