Review content:
I went to Warlocks because my husband got great customer service and a fantastic tattoo from Jason (who is no longer there). As soon as I walked in I felt completely uncomfortable, it was as if it pained the receptionist to say Hello. I wanted to talk to someone regarding a tattoo on my foot and also expanding the one on my back. She had me talk to Ryan, he barely acknowledged me and mumbled without even looking at me. When he told me that it had to be bigger I had him make it to the size it needed to be. I was unsure of the size since it was bigger than I really wanted and asked if I could see it on my skin. He told me to hold it up to it. Nice. I was fine with the size and decided I would get it, he walked off to talk to someone (not sure of his name but he was huge.) who promptly said it had to be even bigger. He said the ink could run together if it wasn't bigger. While I can appreciate someone recommending ways to make it better (they are the experts after all) it was clear he just couldn't be bothered with a trivial tattoo such as the one I wanted. At this point I had enough of the crappy service so we left. Perhaps if I had been tattooed head to toe I would have been better well received. I got the impression that they viewed me as some chick wanting some random tattoo when in fact I have 5 already, you just can't see them. I would not go back and would not recommend them to anyone. Customer service should be a top priority whether it is your first tattoo or your 100th.
Pros: Clean
Cons: Terrible customer service, rude employees.
