This Dunkin Donut should get a new Manager. The employees are not trained properly and do not allow the coffee to make a full brew before serving. They take a semi full pot (which is not the full brew) and put a new pot and serve the semi brewed coffe. I was wondering why it tasted like dishwater and had not take at all and now I know. I say them first hand taking a pot that was not fully brewed and switching out. Then they mixed all types of half filled etc and come up with something other than a delicious Dunkin Donut coffee. No wonder people are going to Star Bucks. I told the manager at this location and in front of customers he was totally rude to me and threw my money back at me in front of all the other custmers because I wanted a full brewed coffe. I spend at least $80.00 a month if not closer to over $100.00 at Dunkin Donuts. To be treated this way and the Manager has scene me there many times really turned me off from Dunkin Donuts. I now make my own at home and save my money. Why should I pay for half brewed coffee with an attitude (and tip) when I can make it at home. This Manager should be retire (even though a young man) he is either way overworked or on drugs or both. When he came to the counter he was already in a bad mood and looked like he just got up from sleeping (maybe on a cot in the back)? He was nasty to another woman and then even nastier with me. I work too hard for my money to be treated in the manner that he treated me. He has no custmer service skills whatsoever. So why is he managing a store? \r

Get rid of him or train him to be respectful and train the employees to let the coffee fully brew before serving. Dunkin Donuts did not get its reputation from serving horrible coffe.
