Review content:
We hired Associated Transportation of Orlando for an event and they are hands down the worst company with the shadiest practices. They were unable to provide the most basic services. We hired them for an endless loop shuttle between two stops. The driver deviated from the route and when told he should not he then proceeded to do it again. He had our customers waiting for well over an hour for a shuttle because he was some place else.
What's worse is when we called dispatch they didn't help. Then the driver reported he was new and would not do it again. Then he did it again. He was off route more than he was on route.
We are disputing the charge because the service we ordered was not provided.
This company is horrible to work with and we have learned that they are very shady. Unfortunately we heard that after the fact.
We won't be using them again.
