Review content:
I recently had a bad experience with their customer service and was disappointed enough to write a negative review. Their customer service rep later contacted me and I have to admit, I was impressed with their follow up. He apologized and thanked me for my patronage, when I expected to be written off. I was ready to start looking elsewhere for my lobsters but this place is obviously the one for me.
Pros: Great selection of fresh seafood.
