Review content:
They do not try to rip you off or to sell you anything here. People are not judgemental and are not constantly people watching - everyone just wants to get healthy. Also, there is a very nice complimentary ""coach"" program sponsored by the Y. The only minus of the place is that it could be cleaner (especially the pool/locker room area)
