Businiess name:  Olympic Restaurant

Review content:
Olympic Restaurant is on Route 66 near the golf course on the East side of Willimantic Connecticut. It is listed as a pizza shop, but it offers much more such as Italian, seafood and burgers. Our salads came immediately and it was not hard to figure out why: the salad veggies were cut up and bowled the night before and sat all night in the fridge. The cucumber survived okay, but the lettuce, onion and tomato became wilted and tasteless. We were there before, so we knew their whole belly clams were pretty good. That's what we got again this time and they did not disappoint. Generous portions with a heaping platter of crispy french fries underneath. To get better clams it seems you must go to a restaurant on the shoreline. For dessert Liz got the cheesecake, which was the only dessert available. I sampled only a bite and it was very good. Our server was very friendly and attentive. I wanted to give this place 4 stars but the bad salads took away from that rating.
