Sunset Luxury Limousine has purposely ruined an innocent 16yr olds Birthday. It was her SWEET 16 and Sunset cancelled her reservation for the PINK HUMMER LIMO a week before her Birthday. Reservation was made on 01/23/12. They stated no ???Deposit??? was reserved and I chose to ???Ignore??? the emails and phone calls for a deposit. I have documentation with the OWNER and SUPERVISOR of the company along with email and phone records. I have filed a complaint with all of the accreditations they have listed on their emails/website. I will not go into details on here because I have several complaints in process but I would NEVER recommend you do business with this COMPANY. I was treated poorly, lied to, and my daughter is now left without the PINK HUMMER LIMO we reserved months ago. Words can???t express the pain this Company has caused. The disgust I feel as a consumer is overwhelming. They hurt an innocent girl to make an extra dollar. I will do everything in my power to stop this company from doing this to anyone else.
