Review content:
Based on my personal experience during what has amounted to many interactions, I can strongly recommend you find a different limousine service. Due to a snowstorm, Sunset was unable to fulfill its commitment and they cancelled our booking, which we understood and were fine with. They agreed to refunding the deposit but after 2-months, just $50 was refunded of the $100 deposit. When I asked for the remaining $50 to be refunded, they agreed and there seemed to be no problem. 2-years have passed, numerous calls and countless unfulfilled promises. I dealt with several people right to the manager who said he was talking with the owner. The empty words I was told don't replace customer service, and I can only interpret this as dishonesty and unethical business practices. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable alternative.
