Review content:
I went to this office because it is very close to my house and i was quite sick and needed a note for work. While the front desk service was excellent I was appalled as soon as the ""doctor"" arrived. I used quotation marks because I am not sure the woman I saw was a doctor as she never introduced herself, made eye contact, or asked me about my condition. she walked in, reviewed my chart, and left. Five minutes later a very kind nurse walked in and swabbed my throat for what she explained to me was a test that the doctor had ordered. She then came in to take a bl**d sample and an x-ray which I refused (I was exhibiting flu/bronchitis symptoms). She said the doctor wanted them but could not explain why. The person that I assume was the doctor then arrived again - said NOTHING about the tests - refused or otherwise - and said I had a sinus infection and bronchitis and put me on a z-pack. I have no idea how this woman would know I had bronchitis since she NEVER listened to my chest or examined me in any way!! I am assuming the throat swab showed the sinus infection. Having had bronchitis many times before, I do think I have bronchitis, but this experience was absolutely horrible. I would never recommend this practice to a friend. I do feel sorry for the front staff and the nursing staff through, as they were very sweet.
Pros: Very sweet office staff
Cons: HORRIBLE doctor
