I live down the street from Monty's and love the idea of supporting neighborhood private businesses. However, this is one I will definitely NOT be going back to. I took in 8 button down shirts to be pressed and 7 of them came back damaged! They were due to be picked up on a Thursday, but they were not ready, so I returned a day later at 9:30am. By 12:30pm I discovered the shirts all had grease stains on them and took them back to have them dry cleaned again. The owner, first refused to tend to me and took care of three customers that came after me. When I finally insisted he needed to pay attention to me, he proceeded to laugh at my request and said they were not responsible for the stains, that I had stained the shirts after picking them up that morning. He offered to have me watch HOURS of surveillance videos to prove they had not done it . All I was asking for was to get the shirts cleaned again and after 30 minutes of taking in his insults and accusations, I took my clothes and swore I would tell all my friends and neighbors about his poor service. Terrible service and even worse customer service!!
