Worst packing job I've every seen! I had a vintage sewing machine shipped to me from NC to Arizona. Seller used this business to pack machine...they basically just threw a 40 lb all metal sewing machine in a box with some bubble wrap & called it a day. Machine bounced around inside box resulting in broken machine case and spool pins. Have come to find out they have an F BBB rating...now we know why!
