I know Shihan Wayne DickFROM Benton no longer operates a public school because of the fly by night students and is licensed with the Arkansas State Police and is the only civilian to have received that certificate that specializes him in close quarter combat. MAny others claim to be true martial artist and those receive their ranks through ""video"" and favors by joing up with other schools. I personall have seen and verified his rank. That's what I consider a true martist.
Pros: One on one training
Cons: very picky on students he will accept
