Review content:
This company came to my home and offered several incentives to match my previous alarm company. They did the standard installs, but did not install the flood light and promised to return to do it. I have since learned from their parent company, that flood lights are not part of the standard package deal and the company must have done this on their own. I have called every month for the past 6 months and keep getting told someone will contact me to get this resolved. No one ever calls back. They never intended on installing a flood light and only made the commitment to get my business. The installer was professional and did a great job, but I would not recommend them to anyone else due to their shady dealings.
