Businiess name:  Kimono Japanese Restaurant

Review content:
Food and presentation are both exceptional, far beyond the norm in the Triangle. I like Indian food. I like Chinese food. Now I like Indian/Chinese fusion food. It's hard to pick a loser from the menu. Portions are substantial so you may not be able to deal with dessert, but do yourself a favor and at least look at the highly creative and decidedly atypical dessert menu. If nothing else, you'll get some neat ideas if you enjoy cooking. I was amused by the ""waiter took a call on his cell phone"" review, which appeared practically (maybe entirely) verbatim some months ago in a review about another Asian restaurant in the Woodcroft area. Not sure what that reviewer's agenda might be, but I found Pao Lim's wait staff to be exactly what I wanted...there when you need them, invisible when you don't. Pros: Food, Creativity, Service Cons: Location
