Businiess name:  Bistro Aix

Review content:
Having lived in New York, it's not often that I find a restaurant outside the city that could be magicially transported to lower Manhattan and fit in flawlessly. Bistro Aix is one of those places. Flavors are interesting and unique and dishes are well-presented. Wait staff could use some polishing and they really should take reservations, but overall, a wonderful place to spend a lunch or dinner. Decor and ambience are cozy yet hip. My dining companion and I did find it a bit odd that they charge for refills of what tastes much like Country Time lemonade, although our server opted not to charge us for it (she must have realized how downscale that is for a restaurant of this caliber). Overall, though, Bistro Aix is one of my favorite Jacksonville restaurants and a place I return to again and again. Pros: Food, Ambience Cons: Don't take reservations
