As a former resident and frequent visitor of Denver I have to say that 'discovering' Cuba Cuba on my last visit was a very pleasant surprise. After all of the over-blown, oh-so-trendy new spots down at LoDo Cuba Cuba is a breath of fresh air. We went on a Monday night so the restaurant wasn't crowded and the service was excellent! We dined on the outside patio in the 94 degree heat bringing another 'taste' of Havana to our dining experience. The Mojitos were light and refreshing, the Mahi-Mahi tender and tasty and the banana dessert was delicious! What a lovely experience
