Been going to By brazil for a long time, since torrance and santa monica, but I have to say that eventhough their buffet is very tradional and good their meats need more work to it. There is a difference between mesquite and gas BBQ. Mesquite you feel the flavour and richness of the meat, but gas is different...They should use charcoal since they are remodeling and hopefully their meat will get better. I am from brazil and trust me no BBQ place will make your meat with gas, but charcoal or mesquite.
