I think the cook is too busy flirting with the carhop girls to get the order right or even care. Fries were obviously old and oil logged, burger was ice cold and had what i asked not to have and did not have what I asked for. How incompetent do you have to be to screw up a burger? EVERY TIME. When you call for service they dont even answer the phone it just rings and rings until someone picks it up and hangs up. Worst service Ive had anywhere no wonder this is a third rate food chain and will remain that way. Id rather have jack in the box and get food poisoning. I strongly recommend ANYWHERE but this sonic location. Because of this recurring issue with sonic I will never return to any sonic at any location. Hopefully they will be out of business soon like many of the rest of their locations.
