Review content:
My deployed husband wanted to send me flowers for my birthday so he put in an order with Creative Florals online. They emailed him back to tell him the flowers he wanted were not completely open and when they got no response from him (because he was on a mission and did not have internet access) they just didn't fill the order. When he called me to tell me happy birthday he was very upset tofind out that I had not recieved the flowers. I spoke to the owner and she was not apologetic and did nothing compensate us for the delayed order and she even put the blame on my husband for not responding to the email! In my opinion, if you want to run a business well you need to fill your orders. Since they got no response they should have filled the order as is instead of waiting-there is no excuse for not filling an order. On top of that, the fact that the card said ""I miss you"" should have implied that he was out of town and possibly not able to check his email. When I did eventually get the flowers I was dissappointed with the quality and they were way too expensive. We will go elsewhere next time.
Pros: I did eventually get the flowers.
Cons: They didn't fill the order at all the first time.
